The Selectmen accepted the August meeting minutes and signed vouchers. Regarding tax deeds, Selena Day owes $10,483.47 in back taxes and will receive a letter requesting her attendance at the next meeting. For the $1,174.55 owed on Roger Johnson’s Estate property, the board agreed Patsy Jordon will pay $400.00 monthly until paid in full. DES notified the board of an incomplete sludge spreading application and a received septic application for Map 6 Lot 21A. An intent to cut wood for Map 2 Lot 35-1 was signed. The Selectmen reviewed and signed the MS-1 prepared by Rod Wood. Patricia Ross’s letters to office members will be distributed upon request. Bill Briggs noted the State's September 28th flood plains conference in Lancaster, which he may notify Ron Briggs about. A ditch put in by Dale McClure for Dave Stanfield may be in the town’s right of way.

Selectmen approved July's meeting minutes and signed vouchers. Alan Eastman will replace the missing Province Brook Road sign. NHDES provided storm repair forms for Alan. The board will inform Robert Katz that South Chatham Road repairs fall under Maine jurisdiction, not Chatham. An abatement form was signed to correct a motor vehicle expense error for Judy Bailey related to Rights of Survivorship. An intent to cut wood was approved for Nicholas Simon, while Rotten Rock Enterprize's intent is on hold per WMNF instruction. NHDES received subsurface disposal system applications for 2214 Main Road and 64 Province Brook Road. Mountain Mentors must submit an A-12 form and financial reports for tax-exempt approval. Julie Hoyt resigned from the planning board; Tricia Pitman assumed minute upload duties and Jason Eastman will discuss website posting with Patrick. The town spent $57,793.72 on May storm repairs, with FEMA funds expected for remaining culvert replacements. Alan will review joining a road agent mutual aid organization.

Minutes for the June meeting were accepted, and vouchers were signed. The Board signed various forms, including inventory, WMNF value forms, tax warrants for Tom Fadden, Kurt Schrieber, and Travis Khiel, and an intent to cut for W. Henry Shaw and Tom Fadden. An agreement was signed requesting state E911 database data for broadband use. A Veteran's application for Nicholas Simon was approved, effective in 2024. Jason assigned the address 33 Little Chatham Road to Wayne Infinger's property. Regarding maintenance, Jason will contact John Charles to fix the broken side door lock at the town office. Riley will contact David Emery about replacing rotten wood on the town house front. Following a missing tax payment notification from the NH Homeowners Assistance Fund, the Board will contact Stephen Fink. The Selectmen agreed to a site drive-around on July 11 at 8:00 and decided against staining the town house floor after renovation.

Selectmen approved May's minutes, signed vouchers, and signed an intent to cut for Malcolm Bacon; MS-535 was also signed. The 2022 total equalization valuation for the town is $79,926,630. Wayne Infinger requested an address, which Jason Eastman will handle. Bill will discuss logging near Richard Sosis’s property with him. Electrical work on the town house is finished; Dave Emery will assess and repair wood rot on the building's front. Larry Butters nearly finished painting the exterior, and Riley Pitman will ask him about refinishing the wood floors inside. Road work was performed on Butter Hill, Barnes, Robbins Hill, and Dewing roads. FEMA may reimburse storm repair costs, with the capital reserve road fund available as a backup to complete the work. The meeting was adjourned following a motion.

Julie Hoyt and Sean Garland addressed the Selectmen regarding Butter Hill Road washout from the May 1 storm, requesting better ditching and culvert cleaning. Road Agent Alan Eastman agreed to work on the road and meet with them. Toby Veno presented a certificate of insurance for repairs to the Class VI portion of Robbins Hill Road; Selectmen approved repairs provided no damage occurs to the road. The Selectmen approved minutes from April and April 25, signed vouchers, an Intent to Cut for Ron Briggs, timber warrants for W. Henry Shaw and Millard Davis, and the MS-232. Selectmen approved a Surviving Spouse application for Doris Kane and declined participation in the Hazard Mitigation Plan from Homeland Security. Upcoming dates include a May 16 workshop hosted by Ted Wright and the WMNF at the town house. Bill Briggs will contact Neil Henry for a wood floor refinishing estimate. SEOC advised documenting May 1 storm flood damage. Updates to the Emergency Management plan will occur at the next meeting.
