Selectmen Minutes 06-01-2023

Selectmen approved May's minutes, signed vouchers, and signed an intent to cut for Malcolm Bacon; MS-535 was also signed. The 2022 total equalization valuation for the town is $79,926,630. Wayne Infinger requested an address, which Jason Eastman will handle. Bill will discuss logging near Richard Sosis’s property with him. Electrical work on the town house is finished; Dave Emery will assess and repair wood rot on the building's front. Larry Butters nearly finished painting the exterior, and Riley Pitman will ask him about refinishing the wood floors inside. Road work was performed on Butter Hill, Barnes, Robbins Hill, and Dewing roads. FEMA may reimburse storm repair costs, with the capital reserve road fund available as a backup to complete the work. Minutes to May’s meeting accepted. 
Vouchers were signed. 
Intent to cut was signed for Malcolm Bacon. 
MS-535 was signed. 
2022 total equalization valuation for the town is 79,926,630. 
Wayne Infinger requested an address. Jason Eastman will take care of 
it. 
Bill will call Richard Sosis and discuss logging that was done near his 
property. 
The electrical work was completed on the town house. 
Dave Emery will look at the wood rot on the front of the building and 
see if he can repair it. 
Larry Butters has almost completed painting the outside of the town 
house. Riley Pitman will ask Larry if he can also do the wood floors 
inside the town house.  
Road Update: 
Work was done on Butter Hill, Barnes, Robbins Hill and Dewing roads. 
FEMA may reimburse the town for some of the money spent repairing 
the roads after the storm. The town may need to use money that is in 
the capital reserve road fund to complete repairs.
