How this site works

Where the data comes from. Documents, agendas, and videos are collected automatically from official sources: municipal websites, TownHallStreams and YouTube meeting channels, and the agenda platforms towns use. A registry maps each source to its town and board.

How often. The mini PC checks sources about every two hours and publishes the visitor record to this site. Collectors and transcription stay on that machine.

Transcripts. Meeting audio is transcribed on our own hardware. Speakers are labeled SPEAKER_1, SPEAKER_2, and so on, per meeting. The system never guesses names. Transcripts contain errors.

Search and summaries. Ask and Summarize call Vercel AI Gateway. The model sees only the matching published text. It can be wrong. Check the linked document or recording. New records still arrive from the mini PC. Asking a question does not call that machine.
