Selectmen Minutes 07-06-2023

Minutes for the June meeting were accepted, and vouchers were signed. The Board signed various forms, including inventory, WMNF value forms, tax warrants for Tom Fadden, Kurt Schrieber, and Travis Khiel, and an intent to cut for W. Henry Shaw and Tom Fadden. An agreement was signed requesting state E911 database data for broadband use. A Veteran's application for Nicholas Simon was approved, effective in 2024. Jason assigned the address 33 Little Chatham Road to Wayne Infinger's property. Regarding maintenance, Jason will contact John Charles to fix the broken side door lock at the town office. Riley will contact David Emery about replacing rotten wood on the town house front. Following a missing tax payment notification from the NH Homeowners Assistance Fund, the Board will contact Stephen Fink. The Selectmen agreed to a site drive-around on July 11 at 8:00 and decided against staining the town house floor after renovation. Tax Warrants signed for Tom Fadden, Kurt Schrieber and Travis Khiel
The side door lock to the town office is broken. Jason will contact John Charles to fix the door
lock.
The Board signed an agreement requestingthatthe state release data from the E911- database
to be used for broadband.
NH Homeowners Assistance Fund notified the town that they had sent a tax payment to the
office. lt has not been received. I will contact Stephen Fink to see if it was directly deposited
into the town's account. lf not, I will notify the NHHAF.
The Board approved a Veteran's application for Nicholas Simon. lt will not take effect until
2024.
Riley will contact David Emery again to see if he can replace the rotten wood on the front of the
town house.
Jason assigned an address of 33 Little Chatham Road for the property owned by Wayne
lnfinger.
Bill reported that he spoke with Charon Feldstein about the logging that is being done on
Rollins Ridge Road. lt is actually brush being cleared alongthe sides of the road on Robert Roses
property.
The Selectmen agreed to do a drive around on Tuesday, July 1-1 at 8:00.
The Selectmen discussed the town house floor and agreed that they do not want a stain put on
after it is redone.
