The CIP Subcommittee meeting was called to order at 2:05 PM with Member Guiffrida acting as Chairman. Minutes from the July 7, 2026 meeting were approved 5-0-0. A motion to reconsider the Pelham School District's CIP ranking item XVI PSD Building Maintenance Capital Reserve Fund passed 5-0-0. The committee reviewed the School District's updated ranking, resulting in a final rank of "R". Members agreed to send a letter to the Pelham School District with their final CIP rankings. The Solid Waste/Transfer Station trailer item was adjusted, reducing the cost from $75,000 to $65,000. Other adjustments included moving the $300,000 Administration sidewalk item to 2031, shifting the PES Asphalt item to 2030, and moving the School District item "F" Field to the "balance paid later" column. The $599,197 PHS boiler replacement was moved from 2028 to 2031 due to missing quotes, and the Field Lights and Track items ranked F.
