The MPO approved the minutes of March 24, 2026, with Messrs. Laverdure, O’Neil, Ali, Somers, Battaglia, and Mmes. Kunhardt, Vadney abstaining. TIP Amendment #4 was adopted unanimously, removing 2026 construction funding for the Candia-Raymond 43889 rehabilitation project, moving Derry Londonderry 13056C construction funding beyond the TIP horizon, and shifting right-of-way funds for Hooksett 29611 to fiscal year 2028. The amendment also increases Section 5339 MTA funding for 2026–2028. Regarding the FY 2029-2038 Ten-Year Plan, SNHPC will verify existing municipal projects rather than soliciting new ones due to funding constraints. Contingent priorities for reinstated funding include the I-293 Exit 6 and Exit 7 reconstruction. Meeting Minutes for March 24, 2026:
The minutes from January 27, 2026, were approved. The SNHPC reviewed the Manchester Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) project. This $600 million initiative, funded by sewer revenue bonds, includes the TBM contract costing $360 million.
