The Kona Ice Truck is booked for Family Night on May 21st. Alamo Family Night Out generated $227 profit. The Treasurer reported by-laws were approved and the Secretary of State update is in progress. The Spring Fundraiser starts April 6th. Forty-four yearbooks sold; the club will purchase yearbooks for each classroom. The rope swing was replaced and installed. The club will sponsor the State Testing Breakfast. The school will award four Bike Rodeo prizes: Top Cowboy Ride, Top Cowgirl Ride, Moo-velous Creativity, and Sheriff’s Choice. Spirit Week requires new Bingo prizes and dye-free ice. Jaclyn offered to 3D print sand toys with reimbursement for materials. The group will continue brainstorming uses for extra funds. The School Club approved February minutes. Officers approved purchasing a case of 30 waters to pair with donated electrolyte mix. The treasurer reported a dance raffle profit of $76 and identified a need to raise $150.70 to meet the year-end fundraising goal. Kristen will follow up on an email domain issue. For Spirit Week's Bike Rodeo, Jen will recruit 3 judges from the community. Nominees for the upcoming election next month are Tanya for President, Cheyenne for Vice-President, Teresa for Treasurer, Kim for Secretary, Jen for Community Relations, and Lauren for Fundraising Coordinator.
