The Mason School Club approved March minutes and elected officers: President Tanya, Vice President Cheyenne, Treasurer Teresa, Secretary Kim, Fundraising Coordinator Lauren, and Community Relations Jen. The Kona Ice Truck is booked for Family Night on May 21st. Alamo Family Night Out generated $227 profit. The Treasurer reported by-laws were approved and the Secretary of State update is in progress. The Spring Fundraiser starts April 6th. Forty-four yearbooks sold; the club will purchase yearbooks for each classroom. The rope swing was replaced and installed. The club will sponsor the State Testing Breakfast. The school will award four Bike Rodeo prizes: Top Cowboy Ride, Top Cowgirl Ride, Moo-velous Creativity, and Sheriff’s Choice. Spirit Week requires new Bingo prizes and dye-free ice. Jaclyn offered to 3D print sand toys with reimbursement for materials. The group will continue brainstorming uses for extra funds.
