The School Club approved June minutes and the 2026-2027 budget. The treasurer reported June expenses: Yearbook ($164.73), Graduation ($221.31), and Field Trip year-end ($1082.71). Field trip approvals include Windy Hill on 10/8, with the School Club covering the bus and half the student cost, and Palace Theater (Lion King Jr.) in Spring 2027, with the bus covered by the club and student costs set at $10. A request for a Staff Room Air Fryer/Toaster was approved. Cherrydale was selected for the Fall Fundraiser starting in October. Volunteers were appointed: Ali to the Yearbook Committee; Teresa, Kim, Cheyenne, and Jen to the Craft Fair Committee. For the Fall Festival (10/30, Neon theme), Tara and Teresa will lead the committee, with Courtney, Kerri, and Judy staffing Bingo. Teresa will organize Signup Genius for Open House volunteers. The club discussed and selected to use a vendor this year for holiday shopping. Kim will research vendors and availability. iii. The club has remaining items and personalization gifts from last year.
