The Lincoln Select Board unanimously directed the Tax Collector to collect $1,297.88 in Timber Yield Taxes from Greenwood LLC. The Board accepted the 2026 Application for Reimbursement for state and federal forest land payments, covering Fay State Park, Franconia Notch State Park, and White Mountain National Forest. Parker Court was officially renamed to Skyview Lane. The Board authorized $34,225.00 from the Property and Building Maintenance Expendable Trust Fund for four new fire station overhead doors. A public hearing will be scheduled to accept a $1.5 million check from South Peak, LLC. Taber Ashley was appointed as the new Planning and Zoning Assistant starting September 8. The Rotary Club received permission to plant a Pollinator Garden on Connector Road. Future meetings are set for September 14 and 28.

The Lincoln Planning Board approved July 22 and July 29 meeting minutes with amendments. The Board addressed the Mothership Residential Apartments site plan application, proposing a 30-unit building at 278 Main Street. Following input from Fire Chief Michael Weden regarding insufficient emergency access, the Board voted to support a condition requiring 360-degree vehicle access. Applicant Andrew Goddard refused to comply, stating the project met all fire codes. A public hearing limited to this issue was held, with residents expressing safety and water capacity concerns. Citing Article XV of Site Plan Review Regulations allowing stricter safety requirements, the Board unanimously approved a Findings of Fact stating the application failed to meet safety standards. The Lincoln Select Board approved $34,700 from the Library Building Capital Reserve Fund for SMP Architecture to conduct a library feasibility study and conceptual design. Tamra Ham moved, Jack Daly seconded, and all voted in favor.
The Board approved an abatement of $4,327.38 to Mt. Coolidge Construction for Woodland Loop Common Land regarding tax years 2023 through 2025 due to an assessing error. Tamra Ham moved, Jack Daly seconded, and all voted in favor.
Jerry Stringham requested changing the name of Parkers Court, citing confusion with other "Parker" streets causing GPS and emergency routing issues. He proposed "Ridgeline Court" or "Skyline View Court." Town Manager Jim Pineo will consult with E911 for compliance and notify abutters.
Regarding short-term rental code compliance, Pineo anticipates more information in coming weeks. He noted the town remains in compliance with NBRC grant requirements but cannot apply for another until the current grant closes.

Zoning Board of Adjustment members present were Chair Delia Sullivan, Vice Chair Susan Chenard, and Selectboard Representative Jack Daly. Several members were excused. The training session was conducted by Cordelle Johnston. No public attendees were present. Chair Beaudin motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Vice Chair Iarocci. The vote was unanimous in favor. The meeting adjourned at 6:00pm. No decisions, votes on substantive matters, dollar amounts, budget items, appointments, public hearing outcomes, or concrete next steps were taken during this session.
