The Lincoln Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment held a joint training session on July 29, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Present members included Chair Paul Beaudin, Vice Chair Mike Iarocci, Selectboard Representative OJ Robinson, Member Greg Reynolds, Member Steve Noseworthy, Alternate Member Sue Berube, and Alternate Member Kristyn Brophy for the Planning Board. Zoning Board attendees were Chair Delia Sullivan, Vice Chair Susan Chenard, and Selectboard Representative Jack Daly. Town Planner Michael Nahmias and Code Compliance Officer Shawn Magoon were present, with Cordelle Johnston serving as trainer. No public attendees were present. The meeting was called to order at 4:02 PM. Chair Beaudin motioned to adjourn at 6:00 PM, seconded by Vice Chair Iarocci. The vote to adjourn was unanimous.
