Brian R. moved and Brian L. seconded to approve June 17, 2026 minutes; all voted in favor. The Conservation Commission reported naming the Morrison Road property "Hemlock Town Forest." They also inquired about notification as abutters regarding the Bog Road subdivision public hearing held May 20. It was explained abutter letters go to the property owner on record, the Town of Alexandria, and it was suggested the commission arrange notifications through the Town Office. The meeting adjourned at 6:23 pm. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 6:00 pm.

Chairman Alyssa Dunn called the June 17 meeting to order with members Sirotnak, Reed, Richardson, and Selectmen’s Representative Lewis present. Board members voted unanimously to approve the May 20, 2026 minutes. Regarding the consultation for David Batchelder off Shem Valley Road, the Board addressed concerns about a right-of-way serving Batchelder’s property and the Ann Piascik subdivision. If more than two dwellings access this right-of-way, Town road standards must be met. The Board decided to take a proactive stand, directing that a letter be sent to Piascik regarding her intentions and the standards requirement. The Conservation Commission reported the last Town trash pickup was canceled due to rain and noted active turtle nesting, with protectors placed on eggs. The Alexandria Planning Board approved the boundary line adjustment for the Chouinard Trust and Joseph Morrison on Foster Pond Road, shifting acreage to make Lot #27 five acres. The subdivision application for Rachel Sinapi on Bog Road, regarding four rental yurts, was tabled until the May 20, 2026 meeting. Alyssa Dunn was elected Chairman, and Bryan Richardson as Vice-Chairman. Doug Sirotnak was appointed Board Member through March 2027. One Board member and two Alternate positions remain open Mario Focareto will drop the signed platt for the Chouinard approval at Town Hall. The Conservation Commission reported on a donated lot and an April 19th birdhouse-building event. The Clerk will investigate Impact Fees in response to a resident's inquiry about mobile home parks. The next meeting is May 20, 2026.
