The Zoning Board appointed Sabet Stroman to replace Catherine McMahon until March 2027 in a 4-1-0 vote. Rules of Procedure were amended to change meeting end times from 10 PM to 9 PM, passing 4-1-0. The Board voted 5-0-0 to accept the withdrawal of Allan & Felicity Freund and Heather M. Murdock & Michael K. Odland’s application for a vertical expansion at 11 Poplar Island. Regarding the Taylor Community appeal on Bay Street, the Board voted 3-2-0 to not concur with the Planning Board’s decision on waterfront access but ultimately affirmed the Planning Board’s April 7 density decision 3-2-0. The St Brendan’s Shore LLC application for 61 Crooked Pond Ln was denied 5-0-0 for not meeting special exception criteria. Middleton Road Subdivision, LLC was granted a variance to use private wells by a 5-0-0 vote.
