The Board permitted Erik Bissonnette and Erica Stevens to hold a wedding at Meetinghouse Beach on October 16, 2027, contingent on a May meeting confirmation regarding specifics and parking. Commissioners voted unanimously to approve a three-year lease with Hillsborough Property (10/1/26–9/30/29) and authorized the Treasurer to make a supplemental deposit to match the required $1,200.00 security deposit. A motion to install a mailbox cluster box also passed unanimously.
Rafts will be removed by September 30, 2026. The Trunk or Treat event is scheduled for October 24. The BlueLeaf pilot test begins in late October for 45–60 days. The Emerald Lake Village District Commissioners approved the Fall 2026 Water Warrant totaling $360,354.00 for the second issue semi-annual bill. Commissioners approved $3,375.00 in abatements for ten dormant curb stops. Upcoming lake drawdown dates were established, beginning October 1st at 6 inches per week. The District received a $1.245 million State Revolving Fund award for meter pit installs, including $725,000.00 in principal forgiveness. Commissioners authorized borrowing through the SRF and designated Commissioner Przybyla to sign applications and disbursements. Calcium chloride treatment was completed. The board scheduled future meetings through December and entered a non-public session regarding water violations, voting to seal those minutes pending resolution.

Commissioners Przybyla, Taber, and Poff voted unanimously to approve the ladder purchase at $492.00. Calcium chloride deployment is scheduled for late July, funded by an existing budget line, with enough material for 3-4 years. The Hummingbird Well Site generator was ordered with a 20-22 week lead time; Wright Pierce will request a six-month extension into 2027. Tank inspection passed, but a non-compliant overflow requires a $24-inch mesh screen. Commissioner Taber will draft the Fall Water Warrant for the August meeting to ensure October billing. Fiber installation with TDS begins shortly, costing under $70 monthly. Auditors arrive July 29 for the 2025 review. Review of July 2 minutes was postponed to the next meeting.
