Christopher Jensen and Ivan Ash were appointed as full members. June minutes were approved unanimously with three typos fixed. A Shoreland permit on River Road was approved; the commission unanimously voted to send a letter to DES for review feedback. Financials show the Appropriation account at $633 and Savings at $15,283.70. Cheryl Jensen resigned as chair, and KP resigned from the commission, both accepted unanimously. Rachelle Lyons was nominated Chair and Veronica Morris Vice Chair. Future meetings move to the third Wednesday at 5:30pm. For Tellman-Johnson Town Forest, an RFP for knotweed control will be issued in October for 2027 treatment, and Rachelle will arrange a workshop around September 21. Joanne will investigate medallion pricing for Parcel 5, now posted against hunting. Adopt-a-Spot forms were updated.

While suspecting the applicant qualifies for Welfare, the committee decided to wait for that outcome before deciding on rent assistance. Annalisa Blake made a motion to establish a $1,500 cap to help with other pressing bills; Tina Lister seconded. The motion passed. Chris Jensen will email the committee with the specific bill totals and proceed with securing the assistance. The applicant agreed to text the details of the specific bills she needs help with. The committee then adjourned the non-public session before ending the meeting.

The Planning Board approved the January 14th minutes via motion. For the Pine Street property, the Board reviewed Andrea Galanto & Peter Murphy's application to convert an existing duplex into a two-unit condominium. Linda Moore moved to accept the application as complete, which passed unanimously. Following a public hearing where Matt McKinnon raised zoning concerns, the Board determined the change involves only ownership, not physical land use, with no changes to utilities, drainage, or density. Linda Moore moved to approve the subdivision application (Condo SD-2026) for the conversion. The motion passed with all members in favor. The Board noted future zoning amendments may clarify the definition of "two-family dwelling." Jerry Blanchard moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:27 PM, seconded by Sean Gawlik, which carried.
