panel there's no cover there so all that voltage 460 volts is if someone was to

to figure out I don't know that I think that is a specific panel custom for that when
they put it in 2012 and probably can't get some
something there. We might be able to get some of those good with metal and be able to make
something up, but we'll see what they have to say about that. They're going to come up and look
it doesn't cost us anything. They haven't come up and look at it. So the patrols all and they'll.
So we talked probably a couple times Dick and I have and I've mentioned it. We need to make
sure that the alarms can be seen or heard and or heard because right now neither.
You know, I know not many people would see the one at Murphy, but you know, you know, you know, I know not many people would see the one at Murphy, but
I think if someone was out there or people I know that are out there guiding, I know a bunch
of the guys that go out there taking people fishing, they say red light flashing, they call
me. Trevor was at the fire station. You could see, from there, you can see the building
if the red light's flashing, someone could call. But we don't know because that system
is not connected to any fax line like it used to be, a laptop, computer, phone, anything.
And it should be connected to something. So.
Throw that out, that's something else as long in that building, the siding so bad it had someone else look at it.
We can't just put vinyl over it.

Asbestos remediation at the Rick Silva property,
Sunset Campground and Cabin Rentals,
Moose Alley Cones, and Anglin's trailer park is in progress.
The initial work was conducted over three days
by a license, asbestos, abatement contractor,
and an industrial hygentist.
The matter is with the New Hampshire Department
of Environmental Services, where the commissioner
determine any applicable signs.
The property owner also has an outstanding invoice
from the fire department related to the legal burn of the structure.
I will now provide a brief case summary for those who did not watch this
lecture meeting last week.
Following the illegal burn of the structure, the property owner moved and consolidated
debris piles without written authorization from New Hampshire DES,
and in direct violation of New Hampshire DES instructions requiring asbestos testing
prior to any disturbance.
These actions resulted in the creation of an unpermitted solid waste facility as defined under state regulations.
Based on these circumstances, New Hampshire DES, advised me, in my capacity as health officer,
that a cease and desist order should be issued.
This order was necessary to preserve the site, protect public health and safety, prevent further disturbance
disturbance until the property owner complied with required asbestos testing and regulatory procedures.
Any delay in the redoubt development of this property, including the start of construction,
occurred solely due to the property owner's initial failure to comply with New Hampshire DES directives regarding asbestos evaluation.
The C-S order will remain in effect only until the CES under this order will remain in effect only until
all-town and state-mandated requirements are met.
This case was elevated to the governor's office and senior leadership within New Hampshire DES,
including the commissioner.
The situation highlighted the unique challenges faced by North Country communities, where geographic
remoteness can sometimes result in environmental issues receiving less immediate visibility.
This matter increased awareness among state agencies.
of the need for consistent vigilance, timely intervention, and equitable regulatory attention in the North Country.
It reinforced the importance of ensuring that our regions receives the same level of environmental and public health protection as any other part of New Hampshire.
For any property owners with questions regarding asbestos, demolition, or other environmental compliance matters, I encourage you to contact
New Hampshire DES or reach out to me directly.
I'm available to work collaboratively with residents and with New Hampshire DES to ensure that

We therefore call on the appropriate officials, administrators, and community leaders to take immediate action to preserve the existing nursing home,
maintaining the services in the current building and supporting any improvements necessary to update that facility to refer
reflect the current state regulations and statutes.
