Commissioners Meeting 08-03-2026
The New London-Springfield Water System Precinct Commissioners met on August 3, 2026. Commissioners approved accounts payable, payroll, the income and expenditure report, and the Mascoma remote deposit application with waived fees. The July 6, 2026 meeting minutes were approved via a 3-0 vote. Regarding the office roof repair, commissioners reviewed a new price quote and requested a revised quote specifying 3-tab shingles. The board reviewed correspondence with Attorney Michael and cyber breach information from DES. Commissioner Jacques moved to enter non-public session under RSA 91-A:3, II(a) at 5:01 PM; the motion passed 3-0. No decisions were made during the non-public session. Date & Time: August 3, 2026, 4pm Chairman Cross opened the meeting at 4:00PM • Accounts payable & payroll: Reviewed and signed. • 07/6/2026 Meeting minutes: Commissioner Jacques motioned to approve the meeting minutes. Commissioner Hoglund seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0. • Income and expenditure report for 2026 to date: Reviewed. • Review and Sign Mascoma remote Deposit Application-Fees are waived) Reviewed & Signed • New Price Quote for Office Roof repair, Reviewed - Commissioners request 3 Tab Shingles- I will reach out and request a corrected quote. • Review Correspondence with Attorney Michael, Reviewed. • Cyber Breach Information for review, from DES, Reviewed. • Superintendent’s Report: Reviewed. Non-Public Session RSA 91-A:3, II (a) The dismissal, promotion, or compensation of any public employee or the disciplining of such employee, or the investigation of any charges against him or her, unless the employee affected (1) has a right to a public meeting, and (2) requests that the meeting be open, in which case the request shall be granted. At 5:01PM, Commissioner Jacques made a motion to enter into Non-Public Session, Motion seconded by Commissioner Hoglund, Motion Passed 3-0. No Decision Made. At 5:15PM, Chairman Cross made a motion to return to public session, Motion seconded by Commissioner Jacques, Motion Passed 3-0.
