The Planning Board approved draft minutes from August 18, 2026. A public hearing on Board Rules of Procedure was held at 7:05 pm. The board discussed Tax Map Updates as a budget item led by Ken. Work sessions addressed LLA and Subdivision Fees for Tax Map Updates, Subdivision Regulations Updates, the C-PACER Program, Floodplain Ordinance Draft and NFIP, Site Plan Review for Large Scale Construction, and Master Plan updates covering transportation, maps, road standards, historical resources, community facilities, construction materials, aquifers, and vision. Tabled business included reviewing Subdivision Regulations, stormwater, lot numbering, zoning note for 1-year expiration of approval, hyperlinks in Zoning Ordinance, streamlining PRD process, updating Road Standards, Marsh Antique Automotive Restoration Facility remodel permit, and Master Plan quotes for binding copies in Fall 2026 and Open Space updates in 2027.
