The July 21, 2026 Central Hooksett Water Precinct meeting included several administrative actions. Commissioners approved the June 16 monthly meeting minutes. During the Treasurer's Report, they reviewed accounts payable, payroll manifests, past due accounts, and open balances. Financial reviews covered May profit/loss, three CD investments with TD Bank, and Trust Fund balances. Second quarter reading and billing edit list manifests were processed. For old business, the board reviewed policy updates: the Recovery Policy (2011) Overwatch Report was completed. The Indemnification Policy was reviewed, approved, and signed. The Cash Receipt Policy was accepted. Commissioners signed the draft 2025 Audit report for MS 535 and a government letter. The Manchester Water Chlorine Conversion was marked complete. Harford Insurance was selected as the new carrier for short term/long term disability and life insurance. Legal correspondence regarding Manchester Manor and Granite Hill/Heights agreements had no new updates. The next meeting is scheduled for September 15, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
