Planning Board Agenda 9-14-2026
The Planning Board met September 14, 2026, with members Ed Ingalls, Steven Berry, Donna Faucette, Leah Gage, Marshall Goldberg, Mark Lofgren, and Rich Zacher present. Appointments of alternates per RSA 673:11 and 673:12 remained dormant. Regular business included approving invoices and minutes from the August 10, 2026 public hearing and meeting. New business addressed a fee update from the Select Board and bills from Concord. Old business covered Master Plan map updates, Rules of Procedure, and Gravel Pit updates including regulation recommendations and an updated checklist. Additional topics included legal updates and wetland setbacks. Members appointed point people for 2026 initiatives: Marshall for the Master Plan, Ed and Leah for Rules of Procedure, Steve, Marshall, and Mark for Gravel Pits, Donna for Short Term Rentals, and Mark for Legal and HB/SB.
