Commissioners approved July 21st meeting minutes. Financial review included Treasurer's Report through August 2026, accounts payable and payroll manifests, past due accounts, and open balance reports. Three TD Bank CD investments and Trust Fund balance were also reviewed. First round irrigation and billing edit list manifests were processed. Legal correspondence reported no updates on Manchester Manor or Granite Hill and Granite Heights agreements. Policy review included Recovery Policy (2011) Overwatch Report completion. Benton Road updates deferred to superintendent report; no update for Granite Heights South. New business addressed MSP with Computer Commuter and third-party billing with OSG. House Keeping Rule, Indemnity Rule, and general policy approval were on the agenda. Next meeting scheduled for October 20, 2026 at 6:00 PM.
