Commissioners approved accounts payable and payroll. Minutes from March 3 and March 17, 2026, were approved via 3-0 votes. The income and expenditure report for 2026 to date and the Superintendent’s Report were reviewed. At 4:50 PM, the board entered non-public session under RSA 91-A:3, II(e) to consider litigation or claims; this motion passed 3-0. No votes were taken during the closed session. The board returned to public session at 5:04 PM via a 3-0 vote. The meeting adjourned at 5:05 PM with a 3-0 vote. The next meeting is scheduled for May 4, 2026. NEW LONDON-SPRINGFIELD WATER SYSTEM PRECINCT Commissioners Monthly Meeting April 6, 2026 PRESENT: Richard Cross (Chairman) Via Zoom/Phone, Kenneth Jacques (Commissioner), Peter Hoglund (Commissioner), , and Maggi Winn (Office Administrator). OTHERS PRESENT: Janet Kidder, John Ellis. Date & Time: April 6, 2026, 4pm Chairman Cross opened the meeting at 4:05PM • Review and approve Accounts payable & payroll. Reviewed and signed. • Review of the Minutes 3/3/2026, Commissioner Jacques motioned to approve the meeting minutes. Commissioner Hoglund seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0. • Review of the Minutes 3/17/2026, Commissioner Jacques motioned to approve the meeting minutes. Commissioner Hoglund seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0. • Review of the Income and expenditure report for 2026 to date, Reviewed. • Superintendent’s Report, Reviewed. 4:50pm Commissioner Jacques motioned to go into non-public session, Seconded by Chairman Cross, Motion Passed 3-0 NON-PUBLIC SESION-RSA 91-A:3, II(e) Consideration or negotiation of pending claims or litigation which has been threatened in writing or filed by or against this board or any subdivision thereof, or by or against any member thereof because of his or her membership therein, until the claim or litigation has been fully adjudicated or otherwise settled. • No Vote taken during Non-Public Session.
