Greg McHugh discussed closing the site and pulling the dock, directing a call to Clevus to schedule closure and system shutdown, alongside designing a cranked spool mechanism. Walter Goss assigned the task of collecting and digitizing physical time sheets into an Excel spreadsheet to detail hours by role. McHugh will draft a Warrant article requesting funding for drainage work, targeting between $8,000 and $10,000; if approved, this will facilitate bulk contractor hiring. McHugh also committed to calling seasonal staff to confirm returns for future scheduling and payroll adjustments. To reduce costs, the Commission will tighten parking attendant schedules, limit single-person lifeguard shifts, review rain pay policy, and seek capital funding for drainage instead of using maintenance reserves. The next step involves presenting talking points to the Select Board on September 28. Walter Goss motioned to adjourn, seconded by Jake, with all members in favor.
