Commissioners Meeting 07-06-2026
Commissioners approved the June 8, 2026 meeting minutes with a 3-0 vote. Accounts payable, payroll, the superintendent’s report, and the 2026 income and expenditure report were reviewed. Regarding the Bar Harbor Safety Deposit Box, the Board designated the Office Administrator and two Commissioners as authorized agents and authorized moving the box from Bar Harbor Bank to Mascoma Bank. NEW LONDON-SPRINGFIELD WATER SYSTEM PRECINCT Commissioners Monthly Meeting July 7, 2026 PRESENT: Richard Cross (Chairman), Kenneth Jacques (Commissioner), Peter Hoglund (Commissioner), and Maggi Winn (Office Administrator). OTHERS PRESENT: Bebe Casey, John Ellis. Date & Time: July 7, 2026, 4pm Chairman Cross opened the meeting at 4:05PM • Accounts payable & payroll: Reviewed and signed. • 06/8/2026 Meeting minutes: Commissioner Hoglund motioned to approve the meeting minutes. Commissioner Jacques seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0. • Income and expenditure report for 2026 to date: Reviewed. • Bar Harbor Safety Deposit Box-revised Authorized Agents update, It was discussed and the Commissioner requested the Authorized Agents should be the Office Administrator and 2 of the Commissioners, Discussion was had and authorized to moving the Box from Bar Harbor bank to Mascoma Bank. • Superintendent’s Report: Reviewed.
