Selectmen's Meeting Minutes
The Selectmen discussed the Intent to Cut request from Bagley Pond Corporation regarding a $50,000 bond for protecting the Class VI Miller Road. After reviewing comments from the Town’s attorney, the Board unanimously approved the Intent, contingent upon the execution of an agreement with the Town’s final edits. Selectman Needham moved to adjourn the meeting at 1:15 p.m., which passed with no dissenting votes. Gentry Rose was instructed to send the final agreement terms to the owner and the logger. Gerald Needham, Selectman called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. Other Board Selectmen present were Rene Boyer, Selectman, and Chair, Darlene Cuddy via phone. Gentry Rose was also present. 2. Consent Agenda (action) – None 3. Board Discussion a. Intent to Cut – Bagley Pond Corporation. A discussion ensued on the proposed agreement from the Bagley Pond Corporation in response to the Selectmen’s request for a $50,000 bond for protection of the Class VI Miller Road. The Selectmen reviewed the comments from the Town’s attorney and unanimously agreed that the Intent was approved contingent upon the execution of the agreement with the Town’s final edits. The Selectmen asked Ms. Rose to send over the final terms of the agreement to the owner and logger. 4. Public Session, not needed 5. Non-Public Session, not needed 6. Action After Non-Public Session, not needed 7. Adjournment. Selectman Needham moved to adjourn at 1:15 p.m. The motion was duly seconded and passed with no dissenting votes.
