Selectmen Cormier, Jadis, and Turner approved minutes and signed vouchers. They reviewed a Memorandum of Understanding with State Police Troop F for periodic patrols, requesting clarification on costs. Health Officer appointments expire March 2026; the Board awaits responses from officers and must complete background checks before renewing terms. Cormier moved to reappoint David Roy as the representative to AVRRDD with Turner as alternate; the motion passed unanimously. The Board declined a presentation from Community Power. Paul Kenison stated road bans are in place. Linda Dupont announced Randolph was placed on the NH DES beach sampling schedule starting June 2026. Jadis will investigate town hall generator repairs. MINUTES OF MEETING
March 9, 2026

The meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm
Minutes were approved and vouchers signed.
The board reviewed the MOU with the State Police Troop F. The State Police will be patrolling
Randolph periodically with additional patrols as requested, at a cost, as outlined in the MOU. It
was requested to get clarification on the additional patrols, and cost of the patrols.
The Health Officer appointments are a three-year appointment with expiration date of March
2026. We have reached out to the Health Officers to see if they wish to continue in their posi-
tions. A background check needs to be done and submitted prior to the selectmen making the
renewed appointments.
Michele Cormier moved to reappointment David Roy as our representative to AVRRDD, with
John Turner as alternate. Paul Jadis seconded. All agreed.
Community Power wishes to come in and give a presentation to the Board of Selectmen. The
Board respectfully declines this invitation.
Paul Kenison informed the Board of Selectmen that road bans are in place until further notice.
Linda Dupont informed the Board of Selectmen that she has reached out to NH DES and Ran-
dolph has been placed on their beach sampling schedule to begin June 2026.
The town hall generator is still questionable whether it is functioning. Paul Jadis is taking the
lead to review the initial placement and follow up on the progress of repairs.
In reviewing the Warrant Articles before Town Meeting, the board reviewed the stacking of vet-
eran’s credits and how the Warrant Article will affect the veterans and the taxpayers.
Bill Demers spoke about the ADUs as outlined in the secret ballot as presented by the Planning
Board.

The board adjourned at 6:50 pm to set up the Town Hall for the meeting and elections.
