Nancy Merrill moved to appoint Bill Malcolm as Committee Chair, seconded by Alan Eisenberg; the motion passed unanimously. The Committee reviewed chapter drafts of the regional plan, discussing state statutes, audience, benefits, missing topics, document flow, and map or chapter formats for clarity. No votes were recorded regarding the plan contents. No public hearings were held, and no dollar amounts or budget items were discussed. Staff committed to sending three chapters to the Committee by the end of August. The next meeting is scheduled for mid-September. Andrew Hatch moved to adjourn at 5:50 PM, seconded by Chris Kennedy; the motion passed unanimously.
