On July 15, 2026, the Conservation Easement Sub-committee held a planning session with chair Charles Mitchell. The Regular Monthly Meeting on July 20 featured a presentation by Bridget Elsemore from Hoyle Tanner regarding a solar farm at 522 West Main Street. Old business included Salmon Run, WRTA, the I-93 Cleanup, conservation easements, and a Master Plan update. New business addressed structures on Salmon Run and provided an update on the Sanborn Road parcel. The commission reviewed correspondence with NH DES, including a letter from Paige Sousa regarding the 3M 1 Paper Trail, a response concerning the Youssef property at 528 Laconia Road, a Standard Dredge and Fill application for 44 Lakewood Drive by Lori Carroll, and a dock application adjacent to 850 Laconia Road. An email from Scott Hilliard regarding construction on Salmon Run was also received. No votes, budget items, or hearing outcomes were recorded.
