Voters elected George Corriveau Selectperson; Douglas Gralenski Moderator; Leona Kealty Town Clerk and Tax Collector; David Landry Treasurer and Cemetery Trustee; Christine Baillargeon, Melanie Devoid, and Kylie Murphy Library Trustees; and Francis Chamberlain Budget Committee. A proposed zoning amendment failed 43-44. The $635,118 operating budget passed unanimously. Voters discontinued the Shelburne Library, retaining historically significant items. A revaluation article passed. The Energy Expendable Trust Fund was renamed Office Equipment & Technology Expendable Trust Fund. Voters approved $25,000 for Town Building Renovation; $65,000 for Road Paving; $50,000 for Highway; and various amounts for Fire Truck, Fire Equipment, Revaluation, and Cemetery reserve funds. RSA 41:14-a regarding land acquisition and sales was adopted, along with RSA 31:3 for asset disposal and an $800 tax credit for service-connected total disability.
