As of May 19, 2026, Roxbury and Mr. Yannacci reached a settlement in all listed cases. Prior to the settlement, the Superior Court ruled in favor of the Planning Board regarding falsified minutes and Right-to-Know requests, a decision Mr. Yannacci had appealed to the Supreme Court. The Selectboard determined harassment allegations against Mr. Yannacci indicated unprofessional behavior, with a lawsuit scheduled for non-binding mediation in late April. Regarding the Natural Resources Inventory, the Selectboard had secured a legal opinion affirming their authority before seeking 2023 funding, though a lawsuit on this matter was pending. A hearing concerning a temporary moratorium on Mr. Yannacci’s Right-to-Know requests was set for March 9. Roxbury filed a counterclaim alleging Mr. Yannacci’s 34 requests were excessive and a public nuisance, additionally citing a breach of fiduciary duty for causing significant town losses.
