Brodie Deshaies presented on the C-PACER program, which allows commercial property owners to finance energy improvements through assessment liens; the Energy Committee recommended adopting the program via a warrant article. Legislatively, HB1540, HB1010, and HB1079 passed the House, while bills related to workforce housing repeal and manufactured housing requirements were killed.
