Well, we'll table them until we'll table them the next time. No problem. No, no worry. So I think today really is just let's finalize schedule, figure out what we need to do on next Friday, what we need to be ready for Saturday morning.
So I got a couple of things here real quick before we start to meet. Yeah.
So we'll talk with Jim Voss over at the Kingston Veterans Club, and they will be helping.
us set up or whatever if we need out people here he's going to still try and get a number
of how many bats we're still waiting on that well I'm going to be I'm going to try and
set some up I think if Graham's over there with a 10 on Friday that would be people so did I yeah I don't
have that Friday either what time what time are you thinking I don't know let's just see what the
weather brings us or whatever because we'll have a meeting the night before anything
right we can figure it okay well probably do is more of the high school and grab tables and chair and
everything and throw me in my trailer and then just leave the trailer over there
and then we can pull from it but Jim was saying that they will do the be bag toss thing
he's got a couple sets that are so he's going to do that he asked if the Kingston Veterans Club
could set up a 10 by 10 tent and I said absolutely yeah yeah so I said that's fine yeah they
donated yeah so he also have the scouts that are going to help so the scouts are going to do the
Pledge of Allegiance so we need to have that into our program they're going to be helped
set up I told them we were going to have a bunch of trinkets like that to hand out I
said maybe we can give a handful of the scouts to the handout from the little kids
or something you know to help us out so they're willing to help also in exchange that
they could set up a 10 by 10 tents also for scouts that's absolutely so they're going
to have a tent also so we need to make sure that we add down to the list of people that are bringing
yeah I will know their nonprofit it's a good organization they're helping
one so that's what I have for that and then I just wanted to do I kind of want to make a
motion tonight if we have extra funds with this event that we make a donation to
the Sun to the American Revolution the Dares of America Revolution just for their
thanks and everything obviously we don't know what our dollar amount is
yet but I'd like to make that public that we will make a donation to them if you're in
agreement with that I think they put a lot of time into this they're going to be
big help but I think we should kind of make a donation on our behalf to that's
motion I'll make that motion I second we have we have we have discussion we have
like out when I don't think we've called making a motion of when we discussed all the
people are sitting that's where they are sitting but we can still

how much is money is left and if we can give them a couple hundred bucks to
to offset their time and then give the rest to the other organization I think we should do
that I just I just kind of feel that way they've been put a lot of time
into this they're gonna come down I think it'd be appropriate because that's how they
work they work on donations there's no I'm sorry no I'm sorry and depending what else
we decide we need to purchase we're staying at like 1500 left over right now so
even if we had said like we needed five hundred more dollars worth of swag or supplies or
things to have that day we still
do like five five and five 250 two-fifty and whatever so that budget
includes the orchestra yep and the advertising yep and the t-shirts no
because I don't know what they cost okay so go ahead with that just for
the numbers as well information won't you get to find out we got a motion on

yeah it's not really time appropriate so what I want to do is get back to
them in with a modified list okay and just say let's try to keep it with the traditional
band sure once you send that can you send that back to me I've been
going to do this thing along and I've not heard back from her but maybe I can
intrigue her with the list of songs and we'll do that and Dan and I were
talking about doing some payment details we still need to cut a check for the
Timberlain community music yep so and I think what I'll do is let give a receipt
to the Heritage Commission and then they request payment through the town
