I would like to make a comment on troubling actions during the last
select board meeting on June 9th of 2020.
I request to be included in the minutes,
Mr. Ross Raymond seemed that he would like to respond to an issue raised on me.
Mr. Rossello abruptly cut off Mr. Ross Raymond
and made the blanket statement that there was to be no discussion
of any topics being raised by town residents
during the public input section.
I may say Mr. Victor had a nice conversation with the board.
This is apparently a one-way communication only.
It did not appear that Mr. Ross-Laman concurred,
but I saw no evidence.
that the board chair respects his committee members any more than he respects residents
who may disagree with him and in the future.
But it was clear that the chair's mantra of transparency, accountability, and communication is not all-encompassing.
It is troubling that an elected town official will not engage in real time to questions and topics.
And worse, that he publicly and actively presented, prevented his fellow board members from speaking.
I've ever attended in the past, I have never seen a board member unilaterally shut down any discussion in such a manner.
Since at least September or last year, when I have written statements or requests to the two,
when I read written statements or requests to the two select board members who were allowed to actually attend meetings,
it is a good bet that most of my concerns have been dismissed out of hand.
To wrap off May and Curry on funding status for the nonprofits to provide services to town residents,
and need, has there been any movement at all to secure this necessary $7,000?
What avenues is the board investigating?
Since hardworking town employees, hours and benefits are being cut to include the code enforcement
officer, which is not only the primary oversight position protecting the safety and compliance
to town ordinances, but also happens to be the major revenue generating position second only to
my taxes.

of their actions in a status report?
We are hearing ad nauseum about software updates and clerical changes,
and lengthy meetings, but how can work begin on next year's budget when the town is still in dark about this year?

Satisfy the requirements for posting of minutes. It should be remembered that when governors

One of the sections of the personal policy is dedicated to compensation administration
and we are suggesting that we capitalise on this and promote an appendix for labour break to our
particular size. We are reviewing all employee job descriptions to ascertain
if the individual duties have changed and amend them accordingly, particularly if he or she
has taken on additional responsibilities. We think it is important to bring back annual
performance reviews to determine if an employee requires additional training in certain
areas of their job. We've reintroduced mandatory staff and department at meetings and these
start in early July. We have reconnected with my contacts at our insurance
carrier Primex and will be asking for employing training sessions as they come up. We would
like to participate in their Prime PRIME program, which with certain criteria being met
for the town, will ensure a discount on our property and liability and workers' comp programs.
One of those requirements for Prime is for the Joint Loss Management Committee,
to evaluate four town buildings in a 12-month period.
Our joint loss management committee has just been resurrected, so this is good news.
Mark Taylor, our emergency manager director, is working on the long-awaited

It was brought to my attention that the Town Hall building's needs were not submitted to the Capital Improvement Committee.

Our building inspector was also the town's health officer and now he has departed.
