To everybody who's Kermit one, it still wants to get it done, but nobody wants to.
People were angry at me. People were angry at me for even asking.
Well, Wilton did it with NRPC and I think Temple or Mason.
Forget which. But they did it. They got NRPC to do it with them,
and they had some sort of GPS coordinates. But the fact is,
is you actually have to fill out like a form of the state.
And, well, technically, I think it lasted there in like 2016 or something like that with
Templar names.

Right here, we're getting into the operating account for the town.
for the town. You can see this is my spreadsheet that kind of has a historical data and the current data.
I did want to mention for April month end, I haven't quite finished the number.
Those are still all in green, but shouldn't change dramatically just because the numbers
should be relatively the same.
Getting into the bank balances for the operating account.
April, we began with the TD Bank at $305,000.
The pool were at $2.3 million.
And our payroll count were at $38,000, totaling $2.6,000.
million. For May beginning month balances, the TD was at 472. The pool was at 1.3.
For May, month-end projection, we were down to 895-064. Looking back historically, we're
actually about $250,000 ahead of where we were last year.
So far this year, better than it was like.
To mention in June is when we have.
Global revenue for April. From the state of New Hampshire, the police department received 8745.
and that was from the state upgrading their radar systems.

was received from the trustee of the trust funds.
That amount represents the closure of the town hall heated capital reserve.

for the town hall repair capital. For notable expenditures,
not much to write home for with April. Goss Park funding in 2026, the amount
of $34,000. And another notable expenditure was from Corr and Maine.
We are doing the culver and drainage materials, or I should say the highway is
for Tramont Street and other roads. That was totaling 13,000 for 440.5.

All right, so we'll get into the expenditures for the entire budget here.
Looks a little bit different than when I was presenting last year.
I have a little couple more sections that I kind of separated from grouping them together.
But overall, we should see our budget at around 33.33% total expended.
If you go down to the bottom, we're at 2669.
So overall looking really well. The only thing that's kind of notable in here is the
insurance. And that's like our property and liability insurance, which is going into the
budgeted revenues. Again, we are, should be right around 33%. The biggest drawing factor on this,
overall, we're doing fantastic on collection of revenue. I did want to mention the intergovernmental
revenue. So that was from the warrant article funding the bridge project. So that's the revenue we
will be receiving from the state for the 80% portion.
of Kingbrook Bridge. So we haven't obviously received that yet, but that's kind of earmarked there,
and that's kind of like the driving factor of 3%. But overall, I did want to mention in the license and permits,
we're doing great on registration. So we're over...
Pudos to the town clerk. Exactly. That's an extra work. So that's at over 62%. So going into the ambulance fund,

Looking back, because I've been doing this now since 2022,
looking back just only like two years ago in 2024,
the bank balances have increased over $200,000
from just cash on hand. That's due to better budgeting
and revenues coming in as expected
in budgeting the revenues, correct?
That enabled us to actually open up the P-DIP account for the ambulance,
which you'll see here.
And we are going to be moving some more funds into there.

Going into their bank balances for the Acknowled.
ambulance department. TD at April beginning, they're at 241. Pool, they're at
120, totaling 362. From May beginning, we're at 248, 892. In the pool, we're at
120, 851, totaling 369, 743. May projection for month end is at 336.99. Notable revenue
collected. So this was a couple of different items here. Primex, we received $26,025,
and that was for the insurance coverage on the Chevy
Tahoe Fly Car, that was totaled. And another notable mention for the revenue was the quarterly
appropriations from the apartment communities. Those all came in a timely manner, so I just want to
thank. Notable expenditures for April. The new ambulance first year lease payment, so that was
$57,000, $245,67. That was for the Ford F-550. This payment is the first year installment of a seven-year
lease. For expenditures, again, we should be at 33-33.
We're at 3385, but I want to mention the first, the ambulance payments. So that's what's
kind of thrown expensive by 32%.
The revenues that are coming in. These are all, as too, as too, expected, I'm really happy to see the
ambulance billing is over that 33% mark. They're at 35%. I know we up the ambulance billings this
year, and if we kind of stay in this momentum right now, we should be hitting that 100%.
So these are billing is not the actual market?
That's actual cost.
It does say fillings. I should change that, yes. I know you've mentioned that
before, too. Yeah, because there's a difference between the
big difference. I'm not sure if we do it in public and non-public, but we have a write-off.
All right, so getting into the recycling center, again, my historical data and the actual data
will go into their bank balances. So April beginning balances for TD, we're at 286.
It's at 271, 816. The pool was at 140, 529, totaling 412. For May, month.
then projection, we're at 374, 783.
For notable revenue collected, so vendor pickups, this isn't from our scale receipts or anything
like that. So we have scrap metal from D.C. Slocum with 649. St. Pauly's Textiles, which is a monthly
pickup for 298. Casela waste, $108 for cardboard. And again, the quarterly appropriations, which makes up
the bulk of our revenue for these facilities was in a timely manner.
So again, this is my.
little pie chart that I use, kind of showing the year to date from vendors. So you'll see
we've collected about $8,200 so far. April is a weird month. You'll start seeing a real
tick up in April, May, June, July, just when it gets warmer. We've had a pretty rough winter,
so you'll notice the commodity slightly down, but this is when it's busy season for them. So
apparel manifests, extremely consistent for current year. Really nothing notable for April, which is good.
Getting into their expenditures, again, 33.3%, we should be at, so current year expenditures are at 29.92%, so keeping in line with their budget.
Getting into the revenues, again, the towns make up the most of this. The commodities revenue, you'll see that's only at 19.34, but looking historically, this is when you'll see a big jump in these next couple of months, just it being summertime, spring cleaning, so on and so forth.
I did want to mention, too, the interesting.
income is coming in better than expected, but I think we have budgeted for that appropriately.
It's going to do it for my presentations, and I'll take any questions. So you're saying it's not smooth as in it's not
as in, as in we have peaks and valleys depending on what's actually going on. For instance, do we have

but that adds $6.30 per user that would actually be utilizing that part of the service.
And the other option that they could do is make whatever password that they have permanent,
