Supervisors Mary Jane Solomon, Charlene Tobey, and Pam Schwotzer met at Kensington Elementary School. They considered voter registration applications, approving eight new voters by majority vote. These new voters included four individuals new to New Hampshire and four transferring from other NH towns. No contested applications or removals were presented, and no persons appeared before the Board during this portion. In other business, the Supervisors approved the removal of 25 voters listed on the NCOA list from the checklist. The meeting concluded at 8 PM. Except where otherwise noted, the applications were approved by a majority of the Supervisors. 8 new voters on Election Day at the polls: 4 new to NH, 4 transfers from other NH towns Persons appearing before the Board/Contested Applications or Removals: List the names of any persons, not identified above, who appeared in person at the meeting and made application or presented information to the Board. None. Other Business: If the Supervisors discuss any other subject matters, enter a brief description here. If the Supervisors make other final decisions, record the decision here. Supervisors approved removal of 25 voters on NCOA list from checklist. If a contested hearing is held on an application or on a request to remove a voter from the checklist where opposing evidence is presented, enter a brief description of the evidence received here. If any member of the Board of Supervisors chooses to recuse because of a conflict of interest that Supervisor’s non-participation is noted here.
