The April 15, 2026 Rye Water District work session agenda covered several infrastructure and administrative topics. Commissioners addressed the Central Treatment Project, reviewing site visits to Littleton and Dracut conducted on April 9. They discussed items from Underwood Engineering, including the Final Treatment Facility Design, Operations Center Design, and the Iron-Manganese Pilot. regarding the Garland Backup Well, the board received an update on the work plan and discussed the well drilling contract. The Aquarion Interconnection was also on the docket. Administrative matters included a Billing System Upgrade and Website Updates. The Administrator noted upcoming absence from April 23 to 28 for the AWWA Infrastructure Conference and Rate-Setting Seminar in Indianapolis from Aug 31 to Sept 2. The next monthly meeting dates are scheduled for May 6 and May 20, 2026. The public is invited to the Rye Master Plan Meeting on April 29 from 9:00 to 11:00 at the Rye Public Library.
