The Select Board met on September 8, 2026, with Jay Croteau, Steve Goldsmith, and Ron Profaizer present. During the first session, the Board met via video conference with Neumo Payments to discuss Clerk Works and e-payment products. No decisions were made, but the Board requested quotes to conduct a cost vs. benefit analysis. In the second session, the Board held a video conference with Buddy Bunch regarding an electronic punch card system. Following the demonstration, the Select Board decided to initiate a 14-day free trial to test and evaluate the system. Specific dollar amounts were not allocated in either session. Steve Goldsmith motioned to adjourn the first meeting, seconded by Ron Profaizer. Ron Profaizer motioned to adjourn the second meeting, seconded by Jay Croteau. MEETING MINUTES SEPTEMBER 8, 2026
The meeting was called to order at 11:30 a.m. Present were Jay Croteau, Steve Goldsmith and
Ron Profaizer.
A video conference was held with Neumo Payments to gain an understanding of their product
offerings related to Clerk Works and e-payments. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Board
requested quotes on the products. so that a cost vs. benefit could be done.
Steve Goldsmith motioned to adjourn. Ron Profaizer seconded the motion. The selectmen
agreed to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
