The Rye Water District Commission convened on August 5, 2026. Agenda items included a non-public session for personnel and legal matters, and approval of minutes from June 1 and June 15, 2026. The Business Manager proposed authorizing $15,790 to BCK and $4,627 to Ewing Electric from the Replacement of the Existing Distribution System Capital Reserve Fund for electrical service upgrades at 60 Sagamore Road. Another motion sought $7,710.00 from the Equipment & Buildings Fund to purchase 6 GS300 Monitoring RTU’s from Generating Solutions. The Administrator proposed authorizing District Administrator Goetz to sign an agreement with Wright-Pierce for West Road Well Facility and Water Main design services, costing up to $29,000, funded by the West Road Well Permitting and Testing warrant article funds.
