Planning Board Meeting
The Greenfield Planning Board met on August 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The board read and approved the minutes from the previous meeting and reviewed correspondence from other boards and committees. A Planned Commercial Campus (PCC) application presented by Tim Foley of Whitetail Enterprises LLC discussing Map R7 Lot 11-1 took place between 6:45 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. The board then discussed Zoning Regulation Changes with the Zoning Board from 7:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., during which a quorum of the Selectboard was present though no official business was conducted. Unfinished business addressed included the CIP Procedure, Applications Review, the PB Case List, Planning Board Procedures, and the Master Plan.
