The Budget & Advisory Committee convened on September 3, 2026. The agenda included reviewing minutes from August 20, 2026, and updating on SharePoint access, folders, and naming conventions. The committee reviewed revenue and state funding, along with the 2026 Year-to-Date Budget versus Actual figures. An Inflationary Drivers Analysis was presented. Deliverables for 2027 include recommending the town operating budget to the Select Board, advising on the Budget Directive, conducting Revenue and Inflationary pressures analysis, and preparing a one-pager for the bound Annual Report. They will also create a standalone 2027 Budget Report for taxpayers and a PowerPoint for Town Meeting in collaboration with the Town Administrator. Notes:

BAC meets at 7:00PM on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, in the 
Town Offices, lower level. Individual meetings may be cancelled – please check 
postings. 


to the taxpayers for approval at Town Meeting in March.
