The Lower Bartlett Water Precinct approved the July regular meeting minutes. Financial matters included reviewing checks, electronic payments, wastewater disbursements, and RD-2016 transfer sheets. The precinct signed a State of NH ACH Enrollment Form and processed requests for Water Storage Repair/Replacement disbursements. Five user agreements were executed for Scheid, Beautiful Sun Revocable Trust, Hardiman, Campbell Living Trusts, and Dijanimi LLC. New business involved reviewing complaints regarding a deck at 107 Intervale and a sauna/hot tub at 26 East Branch Rd, alongside letters from residents at 5 Beechwoods, TOB at 33 Kristen Ln, and TOB at 76 NH Rt 16A. Old business included a discussion with Camden Bank concerning a wastewater BAN. The Superintendent provided a report, followed by public comments and procedures under 91-A:3 II before adjournment.
