Nan moved, Jed seconded to approve the October 1, 2025 minutes as corrected; motion carried. Donna outlined the format for the Community Feedback Event, noting that MPC writes the final plan and the Planning Board approves it. Future Community Feedback Events are scheduled for November 12, 2025 (Town Services & Facilities) and December 3, 2025 (Rural Character & Sense of Community). Approximately 30 townspeople then participated in the Community Feedback Event, crafting a Vision Statement and Mission Statement for the Land Use & Zoning chapter, focusing on the top three priorities identified in the June Community Event. Nan moved, Jed seconded to approve the minutes of October 1, 2025, as corrected; motion carried. Donna outlined the format for this evening’s Community Feedback Event. Key takeaways from the Feedback Events will help inform the final drafting project.The MPC writes the final plan; the Planning Board will sign off on it.
