The Joint Loss Management Committee deferred approval of minutes from June 10, 2026, pending member attendance. Water testing results from June showed no issues. Reviewing worker’s compensation data, the committee noted one incident at the Transfer Station. Self-inspection checklist reviews identified that Library emergency exit stairs were replaced and the accessible ramp was repaired, requiring eventual replacement. At Seeley Beach, stairs and a broken railing were repaired; the committee hopes to address runoff damage exposing roots in early spring. Town Hall inspection found unsecured cabinets and fire doors frequently left open. At the Recreation Building, AED locations were changed and an eye washing station was moved. The entry way accessible ramp has been 25 repaired but will need a replacement eventually. 26 27 Seeley Beach: The stairs going down to the beach were repaired but not replaced. The broken 28 railing has been fixed. They are hoping to fix the runoff damage that exposed roots in early 29 spring. 30 31 Town Hall: there were some cabinets that weren’t secured.
