10:08 am JFletcher called the site walk to order and asked for TFoley to show the planning board

around. TFoley showed the planning board around the building in which he is intending to operate his
12
business of selling firearms, ammo, hunting gear and other household items. He explained that he
13
intends to use the rear space to store his inventory, with a rear entrance access for local customers.

TFoley will be installing additional cameras with motion sensors on his property and will follow all ATF
15
required security measures.

TFoley assured the planning board that he is only interested in having local customers stop in on Friday
18
evenings 4pm-8pm and he will not have any signage. He plans to bring shipments to UPS or Fedex
19
locations to lessen any additional traffic coming into town. IWaitt motioned to approve TFoley’s
20
Business Permit Occupancy Application. Seconded by JFletcher. Motion passed 5-0-0. TFoley will meet
21
JFletcher at the town hall 9/9/26 at 5pm to sign the application and collect payment for noticing of this
22
site walk.

The planning board thanked TFoley for his time and recommended that he contact the town’s Building

and Code Enforcement Officer regarding any potential building restrictions.
