The CIP Committee approved amended July 28, 2026, minutes 3-0 with Ann Pollard abstaining. Corrected spellings include "Hillary" and surnames "Bowles" and "Albee." Committee members finalized corrections on the draft report spreadsheet; the updated version will be distributed for final review. A public hearing is scheduled for September 16, 2026, requiring a quorum. Nick Grant will present the plan to the Planning Board on September 23, 2026. Kyle Ball motioned to adjourn at 7:17 pm, seconded by Ann Pollard. Draft Minutes CIP COMMITTEE MEETING TUESDAY, AUGUST 25, 2026 6:00 PM - TOWN OFFICE 1. Greeting – The meeting was called to order at 6:02 pm by Kathi Padgett. Present are: Kathi Padgett, Nick Grant, Kyle Ball, Ann Pollard. Hillary Behr (6:13 pm) Emily Nolan, Eleanor Aparicio are absent 2. Review/Approval of Minutes of the 7/28/2026 Committee Meeting – Hillary has two l’s. Jim “Bowles” under Fire and Rescue. Under Cemetery – Mark “Albee”. Nick made a motion to approve, Kyle seconded. APPROVED as amended, Ann Pollard abstained. 3. Review/discussion of Draft Report, including updated spreadsheet – The spreadsheet was reviewed, any necessary corrections were made on the draft document. The updated version will be sent out to the Committee members for final review. 4. Discussion of upcoming Public Hearing on 9/16/26 – a quorum of the committee is necessary for this meeting. Please add to your calendars. Nick will present the plan to the planning board on September 23. Kathi explained the process of the hearing for the committee. 5. Other Matters, if any – Kathi thanked Melissa for her work on the CIP and the other Boards she works for. 6. Adjournment – Kyle made a motion to adjourn at 7:17 pm, Ann seconded.
