Selectmen voted unanimously to enter nonpublic session at 6:00 PM under RSA 91-A:3, II(a) regarding employee matters, with Town Administrator Brenda Pearl present. Town of Loudon Selectmen’s Work Session Minutes Tuesday, August 25, 2026 Present: Chairman Gilman, Selectman Griffin, and Selectman Bilodeau Also Present: Town Administrator Brenda Pearl Call to Order Chairman Gilman called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Nonpublic Session | a. Chairman Gilman made a motion to enter nonpublic session at 6:00 PM per RSA 91-A:3, Il(a) The dismissal, promotion, or compensation of any public employee or the disciplining of such employee, or the investigation of any charges against him or her, unless the employee affected (1) has a right to a public meeting, and (2) requests that the meeting be open, in which case the request shall be granted. Selectman Griffin seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Chairman Gilman - yes, Selectman Griffin - yes, Selectman Bilodeau — yes. Allin favor, the motion carries. Town Administrator Brenda Pearl was present during this nonpublic session. Chairman Gilman made a motion to come out of nonpublic session at 6:48 PM. Selectman Bilodeau seconded the motion. Allin favor, the motion carries.
