change to another nonconforming use. The application is proposing to use the property 
for used construction truck and equipment sales along with parking and storage of 
trucks, equipment, and materials. The property is located at 237 Main St, Tax Map 31, Lot 
19 in the MDR Zoning District. The property owner of record is Chaya Plaistow Realty 
Trust, Elias Chaya TR. 
b.   26-04: A request from Noel and Juliane Torrissi, for a variance from Article V, Section 220-
34(A) to encroach into the required 25’ side setback. The property is located at 50 Newton 
Rd, Tax Map 67, Lot 7 in the ICR Zoning District. The applicants are the property owners of 
record.
