The Dummer Select Board met on July 21, 2026, to address municipal maintenance and administrative tasks. The board decided to request bids for a French drain around the library building. Town of Dummer Select Board Meeting Minutes July 21, 2026 at 6:15 pm In Attendance: Gary Dube, Eric Demers, Tammi Dube, Scott Rineer — Wagner Forest Management, Nathan Edwards - Weyerhaeuser Call to Order: Chairman Dube called the meeting to order at 6:15 pm. Pledge of Allegiance: All present stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Review/Discuss/Sign: Invoices and Checks Discussion With Road Agent © Colin and the board discussed undercoating, Blake Road repairs/culverts, calcium for Blake Road, and possible painting projects. Old Business ¢ Safe Door/Document Storage: The board is waiting for quotes/info from TCTX. © Discovery Requests, SMTT: The board will discuss this after hearing back from the town’s attorney. e French Drain for Library Building: The board will request bids for a French Drain around the library. New Business Library Painting Proposals: The board reviewed proposals for painting the library building. The board will include the proposed painting in the budget for next year so that the townspeople can vote on the matter. The board believes that the Town Hall is a higher priority for painting. e MS-9: The board reviewed the MS-9 Report of the Trust Funds. © Scott Rineer and Nathan Edwards attended the meeting to discuss the weight limit and log truck use of Blake Road. Bonds, RSAs, and options were discussed. All parties will do more research on what can be done to protect the newly paved road and will reconvene at the next meeting. Review of Meeting Minutes: The meeting minutes were distributed for review. There were minor corrections to the minutes requested by the board. Chairman Dube announced that the minutes stand approved and the approved minutes were signed. Chair Declares Meeting Adjourned: There being no further business to come before the board, Chairman Dube declared the July 21, 2026 Select Board meeting adjourned at 7:55 pm.
