​Facilities Projects Update​
​●​ ​Facility Director Caruso updated the committee on issues and fixes.​
​●​ ​The boiler issue at ESS has been addressed and fixed.​
​●​ ​Hotwater at LMS will be done during February vacation.​
​●​ ​HVAC programming at LHS is aging and will need to be addressed.​
​●​ ​Huot boiler is running into an issue because the company has gone out of business and it is​
​difficult to get parts.​
​●​ ​WHS window repair.​
​●​ ​Sprinkler inspections.​
​●​ ​Snow cleanup continues with DPW hauling out loads of snow to make room for parking.​
​●​ ​Committee Member Dunn asked why LABYL practices needed to be cancelled; DPW asked that​
​the parking lots be empty to make snow removal more efficient.​
​●​ ​Chair Beck-Brown asked about the issue with the snow in the pickup line at WHS. It was​
​reported by principal Champlin that everything looks great.​
​Budget Process Update​
​BA Clary distributed the priority lists for all of the buildings, stating that the top priorities are​
​currently budgeted for, but as we work through the process that may change.​
​Dehumidification Proposal​
​Facility Director Caruso introduced the proposed dehumanization/HVAC upgrade project. This will​
​address issues at all Elementary Schools, LHS, LMS and the Huot.​
​Facility Use / Operation Hero Software​
​Policy KF and Policy KR-R were distributed and Interim Superintendent Hinds explained the​
​changes and updates. Discussion of adding fees for Cafeteria and Turf use were proposed.​
​Mayor and City Council Tours​
​Discussion of setting up tours with the City Manager for the Mayor and the City Council. Possibly​
​two groups.​
