Board of Trustees Meeting
The Board of Trustees met on September 9, 2026. Reports were presented by the Secretary regarding August 5, 2026 minutes and by the Treasurer covering book receipts, Expendable Trust Fund reimbursement, account reconciliation, petty cash, credit card usage, and the Budget Fiscal Year 27-28. Old business discussions included the status of library sign repair, air conditioning protective cover updates, 1909 window replacement, curb replacement, community room painting and furniture updates, the Jelley and Gavin contract for shoveling and ice melt services, landscape plans, the Library of Things policy, and job titles. The New Business agenda item addressed a quote for exterior lights from Mulleavey. The agenda included a Public Comment period where members of the public could speak once for a limited time of three minutes, with comments to be documented in the public minutes, followed by adjournment.
